A journey through time The African Village Dress and Beauty Home and Lifestyle  These are  images of Africa in the eyes of an African.  A collection of photographs; depicting a fresh look at the people of the Rainbow nation,   by   Mpho Phiri. Most of the photos were taken from cultural festivals in the North West Province of the Republic of South Africa. In these festivals some long forgotten customs and traditions come to live oncemore.There, the elders; where possible are seen demonstrating to the young on how it was done in the days of yore.
